An MBBS Abroad Pass Out Faces a Tough Situation

Medical council of India has set benchmark of FMGE for overseas students who wish to practice in India and if a student fails to clear the exam he/she would not liable to practice in India. Fresh graduates after completing MBBS in abroad return in India and started their tough life to clear FMGE exam. There are many students who pursue MBBS abroad for the sake of low budget medical programs in countries like Ukraine, Russia, China, Philippines etc to avoid the high fledged fees of Indian Medial colleges. Some students even prefer to go to Pakistan which offers MBBS in just 12-15 lakhs.

What made students go abroad?

• Insufficient seats in government and private medical schools
• High fees in Private medical colleges
• Excessive increase of management quotas in private colleges

The image is still worst in the minds of people that overseas students do not clear the FMGE test, but some students proved it wrong by performing excellent in the FMGE exam. It only depends the quality of education you are getting, not the places or the countries matters to prove the capability.
