High Court Judge Scrutiny MBBS Admission Fraud

Justices SN Shukla and Virendra Kumar who are working as a judge in the Allahabad High Court are under suspicion as they allowed a private college to admit students. This order from the judges came after the fact that the higher authorities have said that no court can fill the admission on behalf of the students. This case is a clear indicator of the deep roots of corruption in the system. These judges are now facing FIR for trying to enroll the student in a college based on a large amount of money. In the case of retired Judge Ishrat Masoor Quddusi, and five other judges, there had been some indicating cases of corruption by the judges.

The medical education system in the country is facing a lot of problems because of deep-rooted corruption. There have been some cases of cheating and taking money to grant admission in medical colleges. That is why the authorities are now getting more strict to stop such practices. In the past, such acts by the judges were often buried under the pile of bribes and gifts, but nowadays, the establishments are getting alert and have restricted the judges and other officials to interfere in the process of admission in medical colleges. Also, the CBI is getting bolder to take strict action in such cases.

There were reports in the past of such wrongdoings, but the proof in most of the cases was mission due to which most of the culprits enjoy money and power. The loopholes in the system are now getting filled by the administration and higher authorities to make the process of getting admission in MBBS cleared and fairer. Even a small tip about any act of dishonesty in the system is taken care of by the higher authorities with the highest priority.
